Criminal Record Check
Ste. Rose Health Centre requires you to complete and return a valid police criminal record check with the vulnerable sector search (dated within the last 6 months) prior to being offered a position.
Please go to your nearest Police/RCMP detachment to request a valid check.
Child Abuse Registry Check
Ste. Rose Health Centre requires you to complete and return a valid Child Abuse Registry check (dated within the last 6 months) prior to being offered a position.

Adult Abuse Registry Check
Ste. Rose Health Centre requires you to complete and return a valid Adult Abuse Registry check (dated within the last 6 months) prior to being offered a position.

Please note: Applicants will be required to provide these checks at his or her own expense.
Please present all original paperwork to your hiring manager on or before your first day of employment.
Proof of certification of required qualifications will be required, as listed on the position description.
Supporting Documents
Many of the positions require that confirmation of credentials are provided prior to employment. Such documents may include the following:
- Confirmation of graduation (credentials)
- Confirmation of Affiliation/Memberships (MASW, MAPN, etc.)
- Confirmation of Driver’s License
