Acknowledging First Peoples & Traditional Territory

Ste. Rose Health Centre acknowledges that we are on original lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples, and the homeland of the Métis Nation. We respect the treaties that were made on these territories and acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past. Recognizing that we are all treaty people, let our actions here today on this sacred land, in some way – contribute to a more loving and compassionate world where we all dedicate ourselves to move forward in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
